Furthermore, every candidate will have already been subjected to stringent identity checks and assessments, DBS, qualification and reference checks. We do ensure that at all times the safety and welfare of children is considered at and it is our policy to ensure that all relevant pre-registration checks are carried out.
We do also complete a face-to-face or virtual interview for every candidate so that we can match the skills, experience, personality, and aspirations of all of our candidates to the requirements of our clients.
Your supply requirements will be rigorously matched with the candidates that are registered with us. You can be confident that the supply help we provide will meet your needs and make a positive contribution to your work place.
All you’ll need to do is to decide which candidates you would like to interview and to make your choice. Only when you appoint the successful candidate do we charge a fee.
