***JDS Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and high performing education agency. We are looking for a Graduate/Trainee Consultant with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and lots of motivation and enthusiasm***

The successful candidates will be required to perform the following but will not be limited to:
**Involved in the resourcing and telephone screening of suitable candidates for our clients.
**Ambition and drive to hit and exceed targets.
**Resourcing candidates for vacancies using job boards & our internal data base.
**Fantastic communication skills on all levels both written and verbally.
**Developing strong relationships with the key contacts (candidates and clients)
**Assisting with the drafting of job specifications and job adverts

There will be a strong emphasis with training and support to progression on the resourcing desk to learn the candidate side before moving over to the consultants desk (at company discretion). 
Based in Loughton, Essex
Monday to Friday 8-5 (Reduced hours in School Holidays)
