JDS Recruitment is a specialist agency in recruiting Permanent and Contract, Teachers and Support Staff within the Education Sector. This support is given to Primary, Secondary, FE, SEN, and Alternative Provisions.

Our consultants are highly experienced in their industry and have in-depth knowledge of the Education Sector.

Due to expansion plans, we are now looking to welcome on board a Recruitment Consultant to join our very successful Education team.

Role:

360 Business Development Role

Resourcing candidates (via Job Boards, Database, Social Media and Recommendations)

Telephone pre-screening candidates

Face to Face Candidate Registrations

Building strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients

Working on short and long term temps and permanent placements

This opportunity offers an excellent salary + commission on placements.

This role also offers support and training to run your own 360 recruitment desk.
