***JDS Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy and high performing education agency. We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and lots of motivation and enthusiasm*** The successful candidates will be required to perform the following but will not be limited to: **Involved in the resourcing and telephone screening of suitable candidates for our clients. **Ambition and drive to hit and exceed targets. **Resourcing candidates for vacancies using job boards & our internal data base. **Fantastic communication skills on all levels both written and verbally. **Developing strong relationships with the key contacts (candidates and clients) **Assisting with the drafting of job specifications and job adverts Based in Loughton, Essex Monday to Friday 8-5 (Reduced hours in School Holidays) Competitive Pay Rate **If you are interested in this position, please get in touch ASAP**
